Frequently Asked Questions

When do you take care of my property?

Summer services happen during the hours of 7am - 5pm Monday through Friday. If a service falls on a stat holiday, we will not begin until 9am. Our electric tools are quieter than gas counterparts, so we will not wake you up if we arrive early in the day. Please contact us if special arrangements are required.

Winter services happen during the hours of 7am - 10pm on Monday through Saturday, and 9am - 10pm on Sundays and stat holidays. We always try not to disturb you or your neighbors, but sometimes we need to work late if an extreme amount of snow has fallen. Please contact us if special arrangements are required.

Which months are included in your subscriptions?

Our summer season begins May 1st and concludes September 30th. We continue to fertilize as late into the year as we can to greatly improve recovery in the spring.

The winter season begins November 1st and concludes March 31st.

We offer spring and fall cleanups between seasons.

I signed up for a summer subscription. When can I expect you to show up?

If you signed up for a weekly subscription, your first service will happen within 1-5 business days after signing our digital terms of service. Bi-weekly subscriptions may require up to 2 weeks to get you on the correct day for your area.

I have weeds in my yard after you sprayed them. What now?

If your property still has actively growing weeds ten business days after our application, please contact us and we will return at no additional charge.

Are your products safe for children and animals?

Yes! We are a licensed pesticide applicator and use only products approved for use in Saskatchewan. All pesticides and fertilizers we use are safe for children and animals. Please be aware that there is a 6 hour re-entry period for people and pets after a weed control application. This information is included on the weed control page, and in communication emails sent before and after a weed control service.

Do I need to clean up my yard before service?

Yes, please remove any dog or pet droppings before our visit as they can negatively impact our equipment.  Toys, debris, and any items that may obstruct a lawn mower will need to be moved before our visit.  A clean yard helps us provide excellent service.
